We want you to love your Jaded pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned garments must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
